If there’s one area in home design that has emerged over the last several years, it’s outdoor living spaces. These stylish, chic spaces are well-designed and have become an extension of the home. However, outdoor living spaces are so much more than a yard. They are places to retreat, relax, and entertain family and friends. Want to watch football or make fajitas? No problem. Because, these functional living areas are equipped with flat-screen TVs, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and dining and sitting areas. But, there’s so much more such as pools and spas, fire pits, gazebos, and landscape lighting.

After all, outdoor living areas are all about the lifestyle. You can view the finest in outdoor living during this year’s 2018 Parade of Homes. It’s happening October 19 – November 4 in the Travisso community. Nestled in the rolling hills of Central Texas, Travisso abounds with breathtaking views and miles of nature trails making it the perfect outdoor oasis.

So, what makes this year’s event extraordinary? All four homes use the topography of the Texas Hill Country to create statement outdoor living spaces. To whet your appetite before you go, we have a brief overview of each home and their amazing outdoor paradises.
