TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- New video shows the moment police say a car returned to the scene after intentionally hitting a motorcycle in near 11th and Utica in midtown Tulsa.
Police say it started with a fight at a gas station near the University of Tulsa. Punches were thrown before the car and bike leave the parking lot.
Police say that's when 20-year-old Maurice Vann swerved his car into the motorcycle, throwing the bike and the rider, then speeding off.
Surveillance video from Atlas Automotive nearby shows the car return to the scene and the driver get out. A crowd surrounding the bike walks toward the car, prompting another fight as the passenger runs toward a nearby officer.
Police draw their guns, break up the fight and arrest Vann for the crash. He's facing possible charges for assault and battery with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of an injury crash and driving without a license or insurance.
The motorcyclist remains hospitalized in critical condition.
