US Marshals searching for man with long history of arrests for drugs, weapons and murder
Jabari Mark, 27, is wanted for violating his bond after a drug charge in December 2018.
"Jabari was driving a vehicle, pulled over for committing multiple traffic violations. Got out of the car, smelled like marijuana, was handcuffed. And a search of the car and him they found large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana, and a handgun in the console," said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Darren Sartin
Mark was out on bond with an ankle monitor but found a way to get it off.
"He basically finagled the ankle monitor where he could take it off, put it back together, and it showed him to be in his apartment but that's not true, that's not where he is," said Sartin.
Mark is considered armed and dangerous and has a long history of violence.
"Numerous drug violations, firearms violations, failure to appear on another charge a couple of years ago and he's also been arrested for murder back in 2016," said Sartin.
U.S. Marshals believe Mark is in the Austin or Manor area and is still out there selling drugs.
"He's a violent criminal with a violent past and he's out breaking more laws," said Sartin.
Jabari Mark is 5'5" and weighs 140 pounds. If you have any information on his whereabouts call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 512-800-4213.
