Mark Anthony Reyes, 27, is wanted on three warrants for an incident that happened October 9th. He's charged with deadly conduct with a handgun, aggravated assault with a handgun, and discharging a firearm.

Officers say Reyes was at the intersection of East Riverside and Pleasant Valley when he pulled out a gun.

"Three to four shots are fired, and one of those shots lands into the right thigh of a victim," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla.

A bystander took that victim to the hospital and Reyes got away. U.S. Marshals believe he's still in the Austin area.

"We strongly believe that Mark Anthony Reyes is still in the Austin area. He's an individual who frequents Pleasant Valley and East Riverside, is known to take the Cap Metro bus," said Filla.

Reyes if 5'7' and weighs 125 pounds, he also has multiple tattoos.

"The majority are on his chest as well as one on his left and one on his right arm, and maybe one on his hand, on his finger with a dollar sign." Said Filla.
