Woman crushed to death in North Texas recycling plant accident
Police say a bale of recycled materials crushed a woman to death early Thursday morning at a North Texas recycling plant.
It happened at Republic Services in Fort Worth.
According to investigators, 31-year-old Renisha Mitchell was working in a warehouse when the 2,000-pound bale fell on her.
Investigators say a stack of bales became unstable which caused two bales to fall, one of them crushing the woman.
