Woman accused of sexually assaulting special needs teen
SAN ANTONIO —
Investigators have charged a 28-year-old woman with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old special needs child.
According to arrest papers, Jacqueline Flores Alonzo, 28, was arrested after the boy, who is now 15-years-old spoke out about the assault after he was removed from his home by Child Protective Services.
The alleged victim said Alonzo sexually assaulted him and at least one family member saw it happen.
Relatives of the child also spoke to investigators and said Alonzo was allowed to stay at the home where he was staying while his mother was in jail.
Alonzo is charged with sexual assault of a child.
