Woman accused of robbing man after inviting him into her car for sex
SAN ANTONIO -- Investigators with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman accused of robbing a man outside his Far Northeast Side home.
The victim told investigators he first made contact with 20-year-old Elexis Justine Lopez on "Snapchat" and the two agreed to meet to have sex. He said after Lopez arrived at his home near Binz Engleman and FM 1516 at around 1:30 a.m. Monday, he told her "let's have sex in my car because I have tinted windows and it has more room." However, Lopez told him "No, I have tinted windows too, just get in my car," and both the victim and Lopez then got into the backseat of Lopez's car.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the victim said two men with guns approached the car about two or three minutes later and began beating on the windows, one of them telling them to "open the door." The victim told investigators that while the two men were pointing guns at him, Lopez snatched his gold chains off his neck and began using what he believes is a "Taser" on his back. He said she then unlocked the car doors and told the two men to "get him out of my car."
The victim said the two men pulled him out of the car, began pistol-whipping him on his head, and took his car and house keys, flip flops, and earrings. He told investigators they continued assaulting him in the middle of the street while he was attempting to escape. He said the two men then ran to their vehicle and sped off, with Lopez following in her vehicle immediately afterwards.
Investigators say the victim was able to positively identify Lopez from a photo lineup as one of the people who robbed him.
Lopez has now been charged with Aggravated Robbery.
