At the trial for a man accused of kidnapping two Round Rock girls after their mother's death at the federal courthouse in Downtown Austin, one of the victims says the suspect offered her money for sex.

His defense argues he was protecting the girls.

The teenage girl, who was 14 at the time of the kidnapping, took the stand on Wednesday and testified that Miles, who was a friend of her dad, offered her porn and offered to pay for sex with her the very first time the two of them were alone together.

She also testified that Miles allegedly beat and kicked her if he suspected she was being unfaithful. This happened while her mother was at work and her sister was at school.infidelity.

Miles was found with the girls last January in Colorado after a four-day search.

He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
