AUSTIN, Texas — Travis County Sheriff's Office has identified a man who was shot and killed at an apartment complex early Thursday morning in North Austin.

TCSO deputies responded to a disturbance call with shots fired just before 1 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2 at an apartment complex in the3100 block of Wells Branch Parkway.

Deputies say 26-year-old Rashaad Anthony Walker of Austin, also known as "Lil Shaad," was found dead with gunshot wounds outside an apartment unit.

Detectives say after working through the night, their investigation indicates Walker was targeted.

Deputies believe this is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the community.
