AUSTIN, Texas — A person was arrested early Thursday morning after being caught burglarizing a Dairy Queen in south Austin.
Austin Police said they responded around 5:10 a.m. to a report of a burglary in progress at the fast-food chain located at 1501 Town Creek Drive. When officers arrived on scene, they found a male suspect still inside, robbing the business.

The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Police believe the suspect entered the building through a shattered front door.
It is unclear how much money or what property the suspect was attempting to take.
