Austin EMS has confirmed one adult is dead following an apparent drowning at a North Austin apartment complex pool.
At 12:06a.m., Austin EMS tweeted out that they, along with the Austin Fire Department, were responding to the 2900 block of Cole Street for a reported drowning.
Initial reports say one adult patient was found unresponsive in the pool of an apartment complex and was now out of the water.
Once medics arrived on scene, they began administering CPR.
At 12:42a.m., Austin EMS announced on twitter that the victim had been pronounced deceased at the scene, due to an apparent drowning.
No other information is available at this time.
