Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody took to Twitter on Tuesday to ask for help securing armored vests for the office's seven K9 officers, and an organization in Massachusetts focused on K9 safety came to the rescue.

On Wednesday, Sheriff Chody tweeted that Vested Interest in K9s, Inc, a non profit organization that offers the vests to law enforcement agencies free of charge, will donate 7 vests to the WilCo K9s.
