A woman has been arrested in connection to the homicide of two friends who went missing from Temple.

KWTX reports the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office Thursday confirmed that two bodies recovered Tuesday in rural Okfusee County, Okla., are those of Jenna Scott, 28, and her friend Michael Swearingin, 32.

Ginnell McDonough, an Army reservist in from Michigan, is married to Cedric Marks, the ex-boyfriend of the dead Temple woman. Right now she's charged with harboring a fugitive.

Authorities say she hid Marks from police in her Michigan home before he was eventually picked up on burglary charges.

Police believe Marks may have played a role in the deaths of Jenna Scott and her friend Michael Swearingin whose bodies were found in a hidden grave in Oklahoma.

The discovery comes after the two were reported missing earlier this month and their car was found abandoned in Austin.

Authorities are now working on getting Marks', who is behind bars in Michigan, extradited back to Texas.

An early version of this story from CBS News indicated that McDonough was based at Fort Hood. Officials from the post say that is incorrect, that she is in fact an Army reservist from Michigan.
