The biological father of two Cedar Park girls who were kept in a locked closet has been arrested.

31-year old Aria Young, a transgender woman previously known as Jacob O'Donnell, is charged with two counts of injury to a child.

She was arrested by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.

The girls' mother, Mia Young, was arrested last week and booked into the Williamson County Jail charged with injury to a child causing serious mental deficiency or impairment.

This all started back in May of this year when police responded to a call for service at the apartment they were living in the 2000 block of South Lakeline Boulevard. Officers saw the two young children inside were dirty and living in horrible conditions.

The girls, ages 5 and 6, are unable to communicate. When officers tried asking them questions they learned they could not even talk.
