Music Monday from home: Alan Moe Monsarrat!

A multi-decade career, spanning over 500 shows, Alan Moe Monsarrat is a reggae main-stay in Austin. Known as a band member of groups like Stop the Truck, I-Tex, and the Mau-Mau Chaplains, Alan is releasing his first solo work in almost 50 years! The new project is a collection of original roots Reggae tunes with Latin and African rhythms. The songs explore themes of gratitude acceptance and perseverance. Keep an eye out for the LP later this year, but right now take a listen to Alan Moe Monsarrat and his song "Heavy Load."
