How does invisalign work?
Invisalign is a dental orthodontic lab that processes a series of clear aligners that move teeth to make teeth straight. This helps align teeth to prevent premature wear of teeth and healthier teeth and gums by helping to prevent cavities and periodontal disease.
What is the process of an implant?
Implants replace the root portion of a tooth. This is done usually in two visits, one placing the implant into the bone and second placing a series of parts together to replicate a missing tooth. Some patients implants can take up to a year to replace missing tooth based on bone quality. They are the best option for replacing missing teeth for strength and longevity without harming other teeth. They are used as a more permanent option rather than bridges and partials.
How are crowns completed in a day?
Once all the decay is removed and tooth prepped for a crown a laser is used to scan the tooth, a crown is then designed on a computer and milled out of a porcelain block known as E-max, and fired to make it hard, later cemented into place. Entire procedure takes about 3 hours.
