George Najomo, 55, ran a cleaning service in Central Texas that worked at several commercial businesses.

"That commercial business just happened to be a medical rehab facility where he was behind the scenes and is a person to be trusted and has access to areas throughout the building," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla.

Najomo is accused of making copies of patient information and providing that information to three others. With that information the group filed hundreds of fraudulent tax returns.

"You have over probably 300 victims in this case, it's just going to take time for them to recover," said Filla.

All four men were charged in the scheme, Najomo with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, but he didn't show up to court. Authorities believe he could still be in the Austin area and someone may know where he is.

"Maybe he is known to someone here since he was doing commercial and residential cleaning, that's a customer of his," said Filla.

Najomo is 6'2 and weighs 242 pounds, he also speaks with a Nigerian accent. If you have any information on his whereabouts call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 512-800-4213.
