Two women busted for meth in Fayette Co

The Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek says that 2 women were arrested for possession of meth.

According to reports, on Saturday September 30 around 7:15 p.m., officials were assisting a female subject that was looking for a car that according to her, a friend borrowed but did not returned.

According to the officials, the vehicle was located and the female friend returned the keys to the owner. The official says he observed the friend removed something from the car and walked away.

Both women indicated possible drug activity. After a search, the officials found in a container for glasses hypodermic needles and a broken spoon which tested positive for methamphetamine. One of the suspects had a bag containing several small bags with white crystal substance that also tested positive for methamphetamine.

The suspects were identified as 57-year-old Rebecca Sue Mills of Brownhood and 53- year-old Loretta Lynn Ferguson of Early. Both were arrested and transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center anad charged with possession of a controled substance.
