A new report shows an Austin ISD school resource officer was the alleged driver in a hit-and-run crash that sent a woman to the hospital.

A reminder the video you're about to see may be disturbing.

The surveillance video of the Feb. 9th incident shows a truck running over Michelle Gonzales at the Walmart at Ben White Boulevard and I-35 -- then speeding off.

Wednesday, a new crash report shows the alleged driver of that truck is listed as an Austin ISD school resource officer with McCallum High School.

We're not identifying his name at this time because police have not filed any charges. But police do say they have a person of interest in the case and impounded the truck.

Austin ISD says the school resource officer is on administrative leave.
