Rep. Roger Williams, aide Zack Barth speak, say Capitol Police 'saved all our lives'

Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) and staff member Zack Barth credit Capitol Police for saving their lives during a shooting at a Congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, VA on Wednesday morning.
Speaking with CBS This Morning, Williams and Barth--who was shot in the leg--describe hearing a series of pops and cracks as the attack started.
"I thought it was a car backfiring," Williams told CBS.
Barth told CBS his "fight-or-flight" instinct kicked in, and he ran for the dugout.
"My single focus was to stay alive and to keep everyone safe," Barth said
