Police: Man faces charges after exposing himself to 12-year-old
A man is facing charges after police say he exposed himself to his neighbors 12 year old daughter in Pflugerville.
On Saturday, July 15th at approximately 12:15 p.m. officers responded near the intersection of Wild Senna Drive and Segovia Way for reports of indecent exposure.
A family member told the police as he was at the store with his wife when his neighbor called saying he was at the front door of his residence, stating they were planning on barbecuing with his fellow neighbor.
Court documents state the neighbor went into the backyard to wait for the family members.
Family members say the 12-year-old was home while they were at the store and went to the back yard to play with a dog.
Court documents state the neighbor gave the victim thirty dollars while pulling down his pants. The neighbor then exposed himself to the girl.
Police say the neighbor even grabbed the victims hand and pulled it towards him. No contact was made.
When family members returned home, they noticed their daughter was upset and called 911.
Erick Jose Rapalo was detained by police on scene and is being charged with indecency with a child, a third degree felony.
His bond is set at $20,000.
