Girlfriend's family accused in boyfriend's stabbing after couple argument
BEXAR COUNTY — Deputies detained two men after a couple argument ended in a man being stabbed in his neck on the Northeast side Saturday night.
At about 10:45 p.m. a couple got into an argument at the 6400 block of Crestway Drive. A couple was allegedly arguing after the girlfriend tried to end the relationship.
When the woman tried to leave in her vehicle, the man jumped on the hood of her car. The woman's family then intervened and an altercation began. At one point, the man was stabbed in the neck.
Deputies detained two men at the scene and face possible aggravated assault charges. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
