Police ID suspect accused of kidnapping a 3-year-old boy from San Antonio
UPDATE: An Amber Alert was issued by the San Antonio Police Department after a vehicle was stolen from a location in San Antonio with a child occupant. A person receiving an Amber Alert located the vehicle in the east bound rest area on IH 10, just west of Flatonia and called Fayette County Authorities.
Fayette County Deputies and Flatonia Police officers responded to the rest area and located the vehicle.
A male and the child were located in the vehicle. The male was taken into custody for possession of a stolen vehicle and the child was recovered and checked by EMS for precautionary reasons.
The suspect identified as 31-year-old Victor Miguel Torres of San Antonio was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
A warrant was issued from San Antonio for kidnapping and currently Torres has not had a bond set.
The child was found unharmed and was released to family members at the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
San Antonio Police confirm that Josue Gonzalez has been found and is safe. A suspect is in custody.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a San Antonio 3-year-old boy believed to be in immediate danger.
Josue Gonzalez is described as an Hispanic male, about two feet tall, 32 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a pink/red shirt with gray collars, cut off jean shorts, blue and brown Sperry shoes.
San Antonio Police are also looking for unknown suspects in connection with his abduction. SAPD tweeted the child was last seen in backseat of stolen vehicle near the intersection of Jean Street and South Brazos.
The suspect is driving a green, 1998, Ford Mustang with the Texas license plate number DD2P676, with a ripped black convertible top, front left damage, right tail light out, back glass falling out, and a portable gas tank visible.
Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.
