All clear given after alleged threat made against Reagan High School
UPDATE: All clear given at Reagan High School.
Austin Independent School District confirmed there will be a two hour delay at Reagan Early College High School due to police activity in the area.
According to a letter sent out to parents, there was an alleged threat made against the school.
The Austin Police Department and AISD police are currently investigating.
This is the letter we sent to Reagan this morning regarding the delay:
Due to police activity at Reagan Early College High School, there will be a two-hour delay and school will begin at 11 a.m.
Early this morning, campus administration became aware of an alleged threat made to our campus at Reagan High School. The Austin Police Department and AISD police are currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
Out of an abundance of caution, there will be an increased presence of AISD police at the campus.
