10-year-old Marquavion has inner and outer strength. He's spent a lifetime rolling with the punches.

"Beautiful, look at that," said Coach Justin with Texas Strong Coaching after Marq completed a Parkour roll.

Coach Justin paced Marq through a private ninja warrior lesson.

"Boom, look at that," said Coach Justin.

Turns out, Marq is the one teaching the lesson on life and laughter.

"He's such a joy to be around," said his Sponsor Mercy. "He's so funny and he will make you laugh all day," she said.

"The first time I met Marq, he shook my hand and said you have the grip of a baby python," she laughed.

We took a break from ninja training for some Q&A.

"Do you have a girlfriend?" asked CBS Austin Reporter Lindsay Liepman.

"That's none of your concern," laughed Marq which made everyone else laugh too.

"I'm nosey. I'm a reporter," said Liepman. "That's a good answer," she said.

Marq is the perfect balance of strong and sweet.

"He has the biggest heart. He is so kind to others. He cares about people in need," said Mercy.

"I want to live in a mansion," said Marq. "Just two rooms," he said.

"Whose gonna come live with you in your mansion," asked Liepman.

"Everyone in the whole entire world," said Marq. "Mercy is gonna live in my mansion," he added.

"You love her don't you," said Liepman as Marq shook his head yes.

Maybe he attacks obstacles because he's familiar with a challenge. But a forever family could help Marq soar higher than he could alone.

"I want him to find a family that can love and care for them and give him the opportunities that he doesn't necessarily have right now. Like take dance classes and art lessons and play sports," said Mercy.

"Yes it can be hard and it can be heart breaking but other days it feels like progress," said Mercy.

You can view Marq's bio here. The Heart Gallery of Central Texas is a program through Partnerships for Children. Forever Families airs every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. on CBS Austin News.
